If you do not have those extra things now, they are things that you can get later in the future, as you start to earn money.
You will also need a dedicated workspace. This could be an entire office, a corner desk in your bedroom or your kitchen table. As long as you have a place that you will always be able to work from to earn money at home, you will be just fine.
